Being an Internet user, we all know how fast on-line information can travel and accumulate in our Inbox. And although we have installed different firewalls and spyware, there are still computer geniuses out there who can penetrate our email and OS system. One of the most recent Internet fraud to crawl through cyberspace is the phenomenon we call phishing.

It is the process of thieves using a legitimate name or organization in luring browsers to divulge private information thinking that they are dealing with authentic companies. After which, the fraudsters will extract the personal information and use it for bogus purposes. Hence, it really pays to check and re-check who are you dealing with in cyberspace.
