Flaming

More and more abuses has been generated by the flexibility and anonymity provided by Internet-use. People can easily vent their rage and say nasty things through e-mails because it offers an impersonal venue to send their message across. This is what they call flaming, where an e-mail sender say antagonistic and angry messages to the recipient.

However, a lot of Web communities consider this practise rude and non-productive because flaming will not happen that often if the person(s) sending their message is interacting with the receiver personally. So it is wise to think thoroughly first before sending hate mail to anybody on-line. If consumed by emotion, read aloud the contents of your message first before hitting the send button.
