Etiquette on Chat
The proper etiquette for e-mailing encourages proper, complete spellings of words as well as putting the appropriate punctuation marks where necessary. But in contrast, chat etiquette endorses the use of short-cut words or acronyms to facilitate the nature of their portals and applications.

Chatting has become a way of life
Here are few of the most important etiquette behaviours when you are chatting even with a close friend.
a. Do not use all caps when typing your letters. It is not only annoying to the reader but it can be perceived as if you are shouting at the top of your lungs just to be heard.
b. Be responsible when you are asking for too much personal information. This is especially important when you are chatting with a stranger. Try not to be rude by barging him/her with direct
personal questions.
c. Avoid forcing people to read or receive a message that they do not like. This is actually spamming. Be aware if what you are doing is simply telling them an idea or topic or if it is already sending spam messages.
